Kevin and Brian's Outreach Trip to NYC

Last weekend, Kevin and Brian traveled to New York City with the Cornell Center for Materials Research Educational Outreach Program. They visited New Visions Charter High School for Humanities to guide high school sophomores and juniors through an experiment teaching the function of enzymes in the human body.

Over the past few weeks, they revised the CCMR Lending Library Experiment "Light Waves" in preparation for the Cornell STEM Workshop. Here, they guided teachers through the experiment and gave them tips for implementing the experiment into their high school physics and chemistry curricula.
